Living (dlc) offers a fully equipped Training Suite geared mainly to the provision of high quality, specialist provision on:

- Disability awareness
- Equipment familiarisation
- Basic computer skills
- Other tailor made courses on request

Or it can just be used for meetings (with a "break out" room)

The Training Suite can accommodate between 12 and 15 people in fully accessible premises with:

- Full air conditioning
- An integral induction loop (for hearing impaired users)
- A separate lifting and hoisting bedroom training area
- Folding tables and stacking chairs for maximum flexibility on the use of the space
- Internet access
- Good parking
- Easy access to motorways

The Training Suite includes a self-contained refreshments facility with a tea/coffee making machine and a refrigerator which is stocked with fresh milk. We can arrange for the provision of hot or cold lunches, buffets, special diets etc. on request.

The Training Suite can be set up in various styles to suit your needs:
Theatre style, Boardroom, Classroom, Caberet Style.
The adjacent Bedroom Training Room has dimensions of 6.2m x 4.6m (approx. 20 ft x 15 ft).
Room Hire Rates are as follows: |

- Monday to Friday Full Day Rate (9am - 5pm) £120 with additional small charges for equipment.
- Monday to Friday Half Day Rate (9am - 5pm) £65 with additional small charges for equipment.
- Saturday and Sunday Rate (9am - 5pm) on application.
